All sales are final. Orders are processed immediately, and cancellation requests before processing and shipping are not guaranteed.
Refunds are only given if we agree there is a defect, or if the item has not been received past the final 8 weeks due to a clerical error. In most cases we will simply replace the item(s) for you. Defects must be submitted for review immediately upon receiving defective product. Send a photo of the defect with an explanation to email@example.com. There are no guarantees of a refund for defects.
Because we offer free shipping on our products, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back. Shipping is not refunded. Contact us to go over this process.
Please understand some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate containers reception of refunds could defer based on policy of your bank.
